Cosy comfortable and good value for money
Location in the city centre. Quiet at night time and early morning. Cosy but comfortable for 2 of us for 2 full days sightseeing. Bed comfy

Would stay again and recommend, Price is NOICE!!
Great stay in Rotorua for easy access to main street, local events, shops and hot spring park and the staff were all brilliant and helpful always giving tips on local markets and things that aren't tourist traps, reception was super good helped me check-in with a last minute extra day and made sure we had enough pillows and blankets

- • The bed was a bit uncomfortable as mattress tended to slide around a bit, easy fix just needs to frame stoppers to hold matter on the frame ... also would have been nice for a microwave to be in the room as well but that wasn't a big just a little dislike.
