Nice choice for business trip.
booked the accomodation for our staff for one night business trip. our staff was very happy with it. As the location is very handy, he did not need to take any bus, and the motel was arounded by restaurants.

Great value in Rotorua
Amazing location!!! - very central, easy to walk or use public transport (I didn't have a car). The place is a bit tired, HOWEVER the friendliess and helpfulness of the owner make up for it. It's very clean and there's a laundry room available to guests., as well as cooking facilities. If you're looking for no frills, good value accommodation, this is the place to stay in Rotorua.

- • Rooms very outdated and the carpet looked 30 years old. Bed was itchy as heck and the place was just dirty all round. This was the first thing we noticed on arrival in the carpark. Also discovered the motel is on the street where all the homeless people hung out at night. Didn't feel too safe walking back at night. Tried to cancel the motel after checking in but were told we wouldn't get a refund as we had paid online already and had checked in. I said we didn't see the room online and obviously had to check in before we got a key. Would not recommend.

- • old and neglected. not super clean. very cramped with no bedside lamp, no plug to charge phone near bed, no hairdryer. one super bright light overhead shining in your eyes when you want to read
