- • Unfortunately, my experience was not good, and I would not stay again.
The breakfast was one of the most disappointing aspects. There were several cake options, but they were clearly reused for days. Throughout the stay (7 days), it was practically the same cakes, already dried out and of poor quality. One of them, coconut, even had a bad taste, indicating it was no longer suitable for consumption. I believe it would be much more appropriate to offer fewer options but fresh daily. The scrambled eggs were also of poor quality, tasteless, and watery, something I have never seen in other hotels. Another critical point was the noise. One day, I was awakened around 7:30/8 am by excessive noise from the housekeepers at the room's door, talking loudly, laughing, and moving carts without any concern for guests' silence. On the last day, there was construction noise starting at 8:30 am, lasting until nearly noon. This happened to be the only day reserved for rest before an overnight trip, and the situation was extremely unpleasant. We contacted the front desk requesting a room change, but we did not receive a response. The room also left something to be desired: no full-length mirror and insufficient hangers (only three for two people on a long stay). We requested more hangers and were accommodated, but this should be standard. We also had difficulty getting blankets, even with a sharp drop in temperature; it was necessary to insist to get an additional one. Another important point is that the photos do not match reality. The hotel is much simpler and visibly worn, needing maintenance. The shared area advertised as a kitchen (with a microwave, refrigerator, and barbecue) does exist but was dirty, with utensils in unsuitable conditions, making any food preparation unfeasible. Overall, the experience was frustrating.

- • There is competition for water use. When I turn on the shower, it reduces the flow in another room. As the water is hot, I only took a shower if the room next door was not showering because the water reduces the flow, and the temperature becomes very hot.
Average, but I recommend.
The breakfast was delicious every day, eggs, couscous, sausage for those who like, many cakes, and 5 different juices. The reception staff always tried to help us. The location is closer to the Friendship Bridge, which was great for us, besides being able to walk to the supermarket.

- • Unfortunately, our room had a leak in the bathroom, needing to call the front desk at least 2 times a day to dry it since even the service provider could not fix it. The safe was discharged, so we had to lock items in the suitcase. Finally, the air conditioning, we could not position the vent upwards, and as it faced one side of the bed, we had to turn the air on and off for better comfort on hot days.
