From Carlos at the lobby welcoming us, Samanya with Guest Services. Eddy at the pool bar… the service, the smiles, we could feel the love and it made our stay special. Thanks for a great birthday celebration. The hotel is very pretty, comfortable, clean. 100% recommend it.

The resort is very nice, elegant, clean, the waiters who really provide excellent service are Wendy from the Sante restaurant by the pool, Yuriza from the Fahrenheit pool, Elvis from the Sal Delicioso restaurant, star waiters Eddy and Humberto, good service from Julian at the Italian restaurant as well. The spa is also very good, my husband and I stayed in the reserve area, my concierge Tiara was very kind. The only thing that spoiled my vacation a bit was the rain every day it rained, but other than that, everything was very good, only the Lemmon Fish restaurant is not good.

The staff are genuinely friendly and always smiling. Eduardo the reserve concierge went above and beyond our expectations and he made our short stay extra special. My wife and I will definitely go back to the reserve at La Perla. The restaurants were delicious and booking was completed prior to our arrival which was helpful. The room was cozy and the swim out was magnificent. Book It!!
