- • THE TREATMENT OF THE RECEPTIONIST WAS TERRIBLE.... SHE GAVE ME A LOT OF HASSLE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, MADE ME DO A CANCELLATION BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T FIND MY RESERVATION. I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER RESERVATION ON THE SPOT. THE ROOM SHE GAVE ME SMELLED STRONGLY OF DAMPNESS, SO I ASKED HER TO PLEASE CHANGE MY ROOM AND SHE ACCUSED ME OF LYING, TELLING ME THAT WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS IMPOSSIBLE. IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR MY CHECK-IN; THERE WERE MANY SITUATIONS. THE LADIES IN SERVICE WERE VERY KIND, THE OTHER RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY KIND TRYING TO FIX ALL THE MESS HER COLLEAGUE MADE. THE POOL WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS MY THIRD OCCASION AND THE DETERIORATION ON THE WALLS IS ALREADY NOTICEABLE. THEY SHOULD PAY ATTENTION, AS IT IS A HOTEL WITH POTENTIAL.
