- • The treatment at the reception, the facilities look very deteriorated, on one occasion there was no water until the next day, there was no hot water at night.

- • They did not bring up water and we could not all shower when we arrived, those who managed to shower did so with cold water, the toilet worked, and the pool was dirty. The girl who received us was very unwilling.

- • They do not give you keys to the room all the time, they have to open it for you, I asked for a room with 3 beds, one bed had no sheets, blankets, or pillows, I went to reception and they told me that they do not provide anything, only in the laundry room, and in a haughty manner they said it was not their mistake but mine for arriving after 3 pm and they cannot help you in anything, really terrible service, do not hire at this hotel.
The location is good, it is downtown and within walking distance, and for the cost, it is very good.
