- • Quality of the room was not worth the price. Small room for 500 euros per night. Minibar was empty, not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

I expected more from Alhambra than what I got
I really liked the proximity to Alhambra and the panoramic window view of the city from the room. However, if someone is staying in Granada for several days, it’s better to book accommodation in the city, as you will need to take a taxi anyway. I also liked the soft, fresh towels and slippers.

- • The hotel's design is a bit outdated. There have been renovations in the lobby furniture, but the equipment in the room (king suite) is very outdated and of poor quality, creating a cold atmosphere, ugly carpet. A hotel that has seen better days does not meet the five-star rating at any level. Old carpets, coverings, plastic sink, paper-thin walls, poor quality and tasting bar food at astronomical prices. The breakfast selection is large, but of poor, tasteless ingredients that are by no means five-star. The entire hotel, including the rooms and services, could use a renovation. It does not meet today's high quality expectations.
