A New Benchmark for Bengaluru's Bar Scene
I recently visited Project Grain, the newly opened bar at Sheraton Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambience strikes a perfect balance between sophistication and energy, making it an ideal venue for both relaxed evenings and social gatherings. The live music created a vibrant atmosphere without overwhelming conversation, adding to the overall charm of the place. A special mention goes to Pawn Singh Rawat, whose passion and knowledge were evident in his recommendations. He suggested the signature cocktail Osenko, which turned out to be one of the finest cocktails I have enjoyed in a long time—beautifully balanced, innovative, and memorable. Another standout was the Miso Halibut Yaki, curated by consulting chef Jason Hudanish. This dish was unlike anything I had tasted before. The flavors were distinctive yet harmonious, showcasing both creativity and technical excellence. It was a culinary highlight of the evening and a testament to the thought and care that has gone into the menu. Combined with the thoughtfully curated drinks, excellent bar food, attentive service, and lively atmosphere, Project Grain delivers a truly premium experience. It is a welcome addition to Bengaluru's dining and nightlife scene, and I look forward to returning soon to explore more of what the team has to offer. Good facilities, we received the brunt of the loud music, unfortunate
Food variety and taste was really good- we ate at the. Persian restaurant, breakfast and lunch at the Horizon. Staff super attentive.

- • There was no sanitizer available at the Horizon restaurant to clean our hands. The music from the High Lounge went on till 11.30 pm and our room which was 5 floors above recieved the thumping loud base the whole time. Super annoying. The hotel staff were a little lukewarm about turning it down or off. It was a sunday night and we actually had drinks at the High Lounge. We had to shout above that loud music. What is acheived with that loud music for anyone? Just this alone put me off so badly.. I might never stay there.

- • I was scheduled to check in at 4:30 AM. I ordered bread for 4:00 AM in my room. The hotel staff brought the bread at 4:20 AM. I asked the hotel staff why it was late. He said it was a misunderstanding.

- • They charge a whole dat with inlimited taxes even when you cancel the booking and when once checks for the accomodation since anyway they're charging they take 2 whole days charge for the same luxury marriott fairfield gives literally.
