- • In the room for two people, there are only hygiene products for one person. The coffee for a five-star hotel was constantly failing capsules and the quality of breakfast products was not very good. I would remove a star. The price and quality are not proportional.
The staff's attention was very good and the location.

- • It was only one night, during the Pilar festivities, in a very expensive junior suite (296€, breakfast included), with a not very practical layout and views of the rooftop of the building next door. They had reserved it in November 2025!! Disappointed 😢
The furniture in the room is deteriorated over time. The first time I stayed with you was in 2004 and the furniture is still the same.
