Lovely two-night family stay at the Michlifen.
The property is stunning, the staff attentive, the rooms comfortable, and the common areas (pool, lobby, restaurants) live up to the hotel’s reputation. Excellent breakfast and a perfect setting to enjoy Ifrane. Highly recommend, and I’ll gladly return.

Excellent stay. We noticed a lot of improvements this year, both in terms of service and overall experience. The staff is very attentive, the restaurants excellent, the breakfast much more varied and qualitative, and the atmosphere always elegant and soothing. Special mention also for the Spa, absolutely incredible: beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. A real moment of disconnection. Congratulations to the whole team for this great evolution. We will come back with great pleasure!

- • There was no note or clear information saying that the nuts/snacks in the room were charged separately. We ate them thinking they were complimentary, then later had to pay for them with an extra service charge which we didn’t like. It would be much better to place a big visible note near the snacks or keep them together with the items in the fridge that are clearly marked as payable
