Good memories I don’t wanna leave
The staff was wonderful we even extended our stay for another day we would loved to stay longer but I believe they were all booked up

- • I wish we could have extend our stay longer and had gone to talk to the GM so day thank you she’s a wonderful women and went to the restaurant on the other side and had them make my son I lunch such an angel

Pleasant & Joyful
I recommend this hotel to any Halifax visitors who has Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse on their tour plan. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Halifax south. The room I had is spacious, clean. Very quiet atmosphere. I had great experience with the hotel staff; I made a reservation online through a 3rd party agent and waived the cancellation insurance; but upon concluding the booking, I discovered that I used wrong month. That stressed me to the max; I’m about to loose about $500, if I attempt to change the booking dates. I called the hotel direct number and who picked up the call listened carefully to my situation and promised to try to help me; she put me on hold while my heart beat was pounding. Few minutes after she came with a solution. Thank you Jess for the compassion and the support. My advice to anyone is making reservation directly with Comfort Hotel Bayer’s Lake location to ask for Jess. She typically works evenings.

A stay I'll never forget
Noku, front desk clerk in the day on May 2nd and May 3rd, was very friendly and professional. She had all the information that I needed for my stay :) The hotel room was bigger than I expected - in a pleasant way :) Super clean room. It smelled clean. Very comfortable as well. Loved that room! A lady (I didn't get her name) worked the evening of May 2nd. She was super nice and friendly stating that my son's cake, that the hotel was giving to him as it was his 14th birthday, was still in their kitchen. I explained he was out with friends at the moment, but it was 8pm or so in the evening. I really appreciated the fact that "no one" forgot about the cake for my son. That made my stay even more special. And, I felt like my son and I were important, not just a number or "another customer". Thank you!!
