Budget hotel for a short stay near ADO Bus Terminal & about 25 minutes from CAN Airport
As there are (very) negative reviews, we were curious & critical. Fortunately, our expectations were exceeded in terms of friendliness (Ms. Ashanti😊 reception met our request for a ground floor room due to a lot of luggage/no elevator/short night👍) & room amenities (# 102/ground floor, well-maintained, comfortable 2 double beds, complimentary water bottles, hairdryer, many amenities in the bathroom) - considering only one night before the return flight or onward journey.

- • Location: The hotel is on a neglected/littered side street in what seems to be a poor residential area. In the afternoon, we (mother & daughter) walked to the main street (market visit & by Collectivo to the shopping mall, then Malecón), in the evening we took an Uber back, as it was too dark for us (unsafe?). Unfortunately, we had booked/paid for breakfast, but we had to leave the hotel at 6:15 am. Request for a replacement snack to take away (juice, yogurt, crackers, etc.) was not fulfilled...

- • The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, they gave us a wifi code that only worked in the lobby, it did not work in the rooms. We arrived with 4 suitcases and were not escorted to the room, they left us wandering until we found it and also gave us 3 different remotes, two for the TV and one for the air conditioning at check-in, as if we didn't already have many suitcases and backpacks. I do not recommend
