- • I visited the hotel with my 3-year-old kid. They charged an extra fee for early check-in. The hotel is not cheap, and we came from a 12-hour flight (I mentioned this). Early check-in could have been free, because the hotel was empty and the room was ready. In either case, thank you for your hospitality.

Everything perfect! The staff is just great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet rich and everything of the best quality. The pool offers a beautiful view over the harbor and is open until 9:30 pm.

This is my second stay at Hotel ICON, this time celebrating a holiday with my partner. We were upgraded and welcomed with a note, once again becoming the highlight of my Hong Kong trip! Thanks to the reservation department and housekeeping staff for their warm hospitality, making me appreciate Hotel ICON even more. If I return to Hong Kong, I will definitely visit again :)
