Wonderful apartment with everything needed for a 5 night stay in London
The apartment was lovely and spacious. The views out the windows were lovely. Apartment was very clean with a great kitchen and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful

The perfect spot to stay for our trip to London!
The really helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile and assist with any request. The doorman who helped my elderly mom every time we came or went. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The water in the fridge on arrival and the few helpful kitchen supplies made a big difference. Comfy beds too.

- • Just one very small thing- I couldn’t get the end of the hairdryer off which you usually can and that meant my arms weren’t long enough to blow dry my hair as I would normally do. Room 105

Fantastic location, staff are brilliant, the apartments are perfect and best of all they have Aircon. I wish I knew about this before.

Wonderful, caring team and really beautifully kept apartments.
I loved the team in the concierge - I felt so looked after - especially the team on reception and the doorman.

- • The bed wasn’t comfortable. We were there for 8 days and no shampoo tea bags etc replacement.
It was amazing I like it. It’s not the first time and will not be the last.
