A very good hotel that needs a little polishing
This hotel was an excellent choice for our one night stay in Cusco after our day hike to Machu Picchu. The room was very comfortable and had a great bathtub and shower. It was very essentially located for everything in the city. The breakfast choices were fab.

- • The check-in process was very slow. The process for breakfast was also a little slow. A little more attention to the cleanliness would have been appreciated.

Dinner service a highlight!
Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. But the best part was the amazing service we received from Juan Carlos in the hotel restaurant. His attention to detail, particularly in making sure my meal was coeliac friendly, put me at ease immediately and his witty repartee made our evening so memorable. All dishes were of a particularly high standard. Thank you chef and special thanks to Juan Carlos
