We really liked this hotel. The most important things we liked: taxi from airport to the hotel, friendly check in, classical hotel style, comfortable room and bed, very tasty breakfast (we especially enjoyed salmon), and excellent location – everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

We were received wonderfully, room upgrade, late checkout, a romantic night. They went above and beyond :)

- • Some parts of the hotel could use a bit of renovation (e.g. elevator, some details of the room like the slightly worn carpet on the floor)
Great option to stay in Santiago
The bed is very comfortable, the rooms have air conditioning, the room is spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is good and there is a complimentary afternoon snack for guests. The staff is extremely kind.

- • The payment for the stay needs to be made by credit card, without the possibility of paying by debit card. They could have informed us about this beforehand.
Perfect stay for one night Santiago orientation before heading to the snow.
