- • If I have a small suggestion, it would be that during peak check-out times there is only one staff member, which causes a bit of a wait. Other than that, overall experience is very satisfactory!
Chose the Swiss next door
Great view from the room, but that wasn't a surprise and it was paid for. The view is the reason I chose the hotel, together with a reasonable expectation from a hotel marketed as a 5-star one. The dinner food was also tasty and inexpensive.

- • The hotel is not providing the minimum facilities expected from such an accommodation: the air conditioning is not working properly during the day (the room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius during the day with the air-conditioning turned on max for hours), the internet is not working at all, I had to connect to cellular data during the entire stay and the curtains are not blackout (which really affected the sleep quality). Aside from this, the rooms are quite dated and the breakfast is basic (not bad, but also not great). Concerning the staff, the communication in English or French doesn't go very well, but they are kind and I guess they are doing their best. Also very relevant: there is a construction site next door and they start the noise at about 6:30-7:00 in the morning. This is not the Hotel's fault, but they could have informed us, at least.
