The staff is very friendly and kind. It was my sister's birthday on the day of arrival, and they congratulated her during check-in. The room is spacious and clean. They also kindly accommodated my request for a specific cleaning time (depending on the situation). The breakfast buffet on the 10th floor had a wide variety of options, and I was very satisfied! I especially liked that you could choose from multiple egg dishes. Breakfast tends to get busier after 8:30 am. Taxis are generally available in front of the hotel, making it convenient for outings.

I stayed in the Fantastic Suite this time and was very satisfied with the reception service provided by W, from dining at WOOBAR in the morning to check-in, and then enjoying food and drinks at the YEN Bar on the top floor in the evening, watching 101. The service provided by W Hotel was very thoughtful. Especially at the YEN Bar, they arranged a booth with an excellent view for me, allowing me to see the perfect night view. The detailed explanation of the menu by the female staff before dining was impressive. It was my birthday that day, and although the bar was supposed to give me a cake for celebration, they surprised me with a longevity peach that I had never had in my life, giving me a full sense of surprise and a very memorable experience. When entering the room at night, not only could I overlook the beautiful scenery of Xinyi District, but I also enjoyed a creatively crafted cake by W and received a handwritten card from the hotel, which was impeccable from the morning of my birthday to check-out the next day at noon. In the future, for other special occasions, I think I will choose to stay at W Hotel again. I am very grateful to W for giving me an unforgettable experience.

Amazing staff, gorgeous hotel, delicious breakfast! I don't normally stay at fancy hotels because they're not worth the cost, but the W Taipei is well worth the splurge!

- • There was no USB-C to HDMI cable in the data package. I called the front desk, and they said there should be one. If unsure, they should have just said so.
