- • The service staff needs to improve in introducing facilities, amenities, and additional charges to each group of guests upon check-in. Many details are omitted... For example, cookies in the room must be paid for, and a few days after check-out, a large amount of beverage charges are received! The feeling is not very good, and the customer service is the same... There is no sense of a top-notch hotel quality.
