Comfortable and satisfied
This is without a doubt the best hotel in its class in Taipei. All staff are helpful and respectful; they truly care about the details, especially for guests with disabilities. Rooms are very clean, and facilities are outstandingly maintained. The breakfast offers a variety of options that change daily and are of excellent quality.

Close to the destination, the hotel is kept clean, all the staff are kind, and the 24-hour free drinks were a great deal.

Great stay! The night receptionist Ruby was really helpful!
Our stay here was great. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were very clean, tidy, and a good size for around 2 people. There was little to no excess noise to bother us while in our rooms, which was great! The location is also good—in a nice area of Tianmu near (of course) a FamilyMart, 7-11, and Starbucks… all the necessities. The night desk Ruby was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile, especially when we were bringing in and out our excessive amount of luggage ;)
