The location is perfect for walking to the center, excellent staff available to solve all small problems, a beautiful garden where you can spend a few hours in tranquility accompanied by the chirping of birds and, weather permitting, have breakfast outdoors. The breakfast is abundant and during the two days of stay, fresh fruit was always present, much appreciated, served in the room or in the garden if the weather allows.

- • Given that it was clearly specified in the reservation, for over 70s like us, it was a bit problematic, absence of elevators to the first-floor rooms with a nice but uncomfortable staircase, however, helped with the luggage by the excellent and helpful assistant at the reception; also, the parking, although nearby, does not allow easy access to the hotel due to a steep staircase (again).
Good time in Krumau
Great location in the old town. A super beautiful garden where you can have breakfast in good weather, otherwise served in the room. Breakfast is rich and good. From the garden, there is access to the park, very convenient with a dog. Mattress very good, slept well, had a room facing the garden. Room very nice and tasteful. A coffee machine in the corridor, where you could help yourself in the afternoon and also to a small cake buffet. Car could be parked in a parking lot around the corner. About 13€/day. Very nice helpful staff. Will gladly come back.

We have been here for the 3rd time for 1 night and we are always thrilled and feel very comfortable. The room is super beautiful, cozy, and clean, the bed is large and really very comfortable. The wellness area is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast is brought to the room at the exact time agreed upon, prepared with much love. We are always completely full and satisfied after breakfast. We are already looking forward to our next short vacation here. 😍

- • Parking in a public parking lot, there was a little problem with the space, but in the end, everything turned out well
Second stay. Overall very nice but the breakfast was disappointing on this visit.

- • The breakfast was largely inedible. Bacon all fat. Cold eggs. Air conditioning didn’t work. Spa closed.
