My family enjoyed vacation in the hotel ,, it’s relaxing and the sea water was clear and tranquil,,the food was delicious and tasty and thanks for Mr Hany (kitchen manger) who cares about the food quality and guests satisfaction

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jazz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the rooms were impeccable, the food varied and delicious, the facilities very well maintained, and the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing. What made our stay even more special was the kindness, professionalism, and smiles of all the staff. A huge thank you to the entire team for their welcome, availability, and all the efforts made to make us feel at home. We would like to extend a special thanks to Alaa, whose kindness, friendliness, and attention truly marked our stay. His good humor and dedication make all the difference. It is thanks to people like him that we leave with such beautiful memories. Thank you very much to the entire team at Jazz Elite Casa Del Mar Beach for these wonderful holidays. We will return with great pleasure and will recommend this hotel to all our loved ones!

The place is excellent, I was there in September and I would love to thank the entire staff, the room was excellent, the food was very good and varied, the cleanliness of the place was excellent, an experience I recommend to all of you. I would like to thank everyone including Mr. Rafik, the hotel manager, Mr. Ibrahim, the deputy general manager, Mr. Amr, the rooms manager, Mr. Ahmed, the reception manager, and thank you very much to everyone in the restaurant, Mr. Gamal, Mr. Hany, Hassan, and I hope you try the excellent Oscar restaurant.

This was my fourth stay with the Jaz group and my second stay at Jaz Casa del Mar Beach, and once again I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. The food was good, the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Cleanliness standards were consistently high throughout my stay. Most importantly, many staff members were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help, which contributed to a pleasant holiday experience. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a relaxing atmosphere and the quality service that has made me a loyal guest of the Jaz brand over the years.

- • Having stayed at Jaz Casa del Mar Beach in 2023 and again in 2026, while also visiting several other Jaz properties in between, I was expecting to see a clear added value from the current « Elite » Concept. Unfortunately, the prices has increased dramatically yet I did not experience a corresponding improvement in facilities, services, or overall guest experience. As a loyal Jaz guest, I feel that the Elite branding currently does not deliver enough tangible benefits to justify the significant increase in price!
