Beautiful location and luxurious facilities
A beautiful location with welcoming and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the chance for a local trek one morning. The hotel is a little outside Ubud, which was welcome. We used the car service to go into Ubud village and were glad of the peace and quiet on our return to the hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with our adult family, and the facilities were clean and luxurious

Dump of a hotel
Horrible experience with reservation, trying to rip us off for room upgrades compared to Expedia or booking.com. I would choose The Legian next door over this dump
