- • The place looks very neglected, the glass ceiling at the entrance, the glass surrounding the dining area looks dirty, very dirty, giving an appearance of abandonment, the staff is good but the facilities look abandoned, the bed mattress is terrible, it seems like foam that sinks with the person's weight
We found the service very expensive considering the hotel's maintenance and no breakfast
They charged us one million pesos per night per person and did not want to give us breakfast. There was a leak in one of the rooms and there was no solution
