Slightly dissatisfied
WiFi is too slow. It doesn't even load images. The elevator selects other floors automatically without being touched (multiple times). The minibar prices are reasonable, but it is not restocked. Breakfast is average. The hairdryer is broken and doesn't stop when plugged into the socket. It was nice to see the Dragon Bridge and the river from the room.

Great hotel.
Excellent views, comfortable bed. The shower head was too low, even for a child.

It would have been nice to have a bathtub in the bathroom; without a shelf, I had to place my toiletries on the floor.

It was very challenging in the heat of Da Nang as our refrigerator was broken.

Due to my age, I have difficulty with bathtubs. When I informed them, they upgraded me to a luxury room with a shower, very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for its location. The employees are great.
