- • The hotel receptionist messed us up. It turns out he booked the last superior room through two different channels and despite being there and having made the reservation, the receptionist tried to change our room to a lower one, telling us that the other had come in first, then that we would spend one night in one and the other nights in others. In other words, he tried to deceive and confuse us, so we had to cancel the reservation with all the damage that entailed.
