RUDE STAFF
Had a reservation for the roof top bar Caruso, walked in to a rude gentleman just saying FULL Needless to say we left, personally don’t care about loosing the deposit I WILL NOT be spoken down to and upon returning would never book this hotel due to this experience No need for rudeness
