I loved the service provided to the customer and this enchantment has a name: Vash. It is simply unparalleled. She is always available to help, even late at night (for example, I had a new delay and arrived very late). She is helpful by nature, does not show any discomfort in supporting the customer. She is the 'soul' of the accommodation. I believe that without her, that accommodation would become something ordinary. Hospitality has nothing to do with the infrastructure, it has to do with the service and the goodwill of the employees.

Easter holiday
Loved 😍 the two bedroom apartment. Lovely staff and very welcoming atmosphere. The location is very quiet and close to the shopping centre. Very comfortable furniture and had everything I needed for a comfortable overnight stay, my kids & sister can't stop singing praising that it was their best Easter holiday. We also played Easter hunt🐣🐰 in the beautiful garden with help of the staff 😍💃. Thank you so much Westville bed and breakfast accommodation definitely coming back.
