Upscale Find In The City Center
The hotel is PERFECT for being able to walk about and see the historic part of the city, while finding reprieve mid day either in the room, the spa, or the rooftop bar. The restaurant/bar is small, but the service was top notch from Giovanna & Paolo. Giovanna really knows her wines and made great suggestions for us to pair with our meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the rooftop when weather permitted. Every meal we had on site was delicious and I will be craving the Parmigiana di Melanzane until we return. The room we stayed in was nicely appointed and the staff of the hotel was very kind & accommodating.

Good Choice
Vista Verona was very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast spread and attendant both were very pleasant. We would like to give a shout out to all of the staff. They not only very friendly and accommodating they were very caring. Our luggage arrived a day and a half after we did. They were very helpful in keeping us aware of anything they heard as our destination and they joined us in celebrating its arrival. Thanks to all. We highly recommend Vista Verona.

Reception (welcome/farewell was very nice, they were very helpful in terms of venue recommendations and places to visit), we were very pleased with cleanliness and location. Our towels were changed twice a day, the sheets smelled of soap, all bathroom amenities were detailed, the room was spotless. When I come to Verona again, I would stay without hesitation.

- • Breakfast could be a bit better. When you stay until late, there may be shortages at the buffet, it would be good to make a slight improvement in terms of their immediate replenishment. Service and hospitality on the terrace could be improved a bit.
Amazing new hotel. In every detail of the interior, service you feel the level of 5 stars. Beautiful rooms, very nice bed linen, there is a choice of pillows. Before bedtime, a face mask and handmade chocolate were thoughtfully placed. The welcome upon arrival was beyond praise, excellent wine, sweets, macarons, cookies. I really liked the spa, surprisingly, the massage was of a fairly high level, a small sauna and pool, which can be considered a rarity for Verona.

Lovely property with roof terrace
Very hospitable staff and quality furnishings. Tucked away from noise and crowds but close to the Old Town.

Place to be in Verona, real 5 stars luxury
A real 5 stars hotel, everybody is taking care from A to Z during the staying, staff very professional, good food, if I pass by Verona again, I will choose this Hotel.

- • Missing hourglass shape in the sauna, 5 stars hotel need to have. Vallet/luggage service guy was not 100% clean, this is very important for 5 stars hotel, especially Valet you cannot enter in your car and fill not clean.
