Disappointed by a nightmare night
The second night they gave us a decent triple room with adjustable air conditioning and a functioning bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The tourist tour with Ibraim was top-notch.

- • The first night was a nightmare. We arrived at three in the morning and at the reception there was a guy who didn't speak English and didn't seem informed about the messages exchanged with the staff through booking and WhatsApp. So he wanted to give us a room next to the reception, which I had asked not to reserve due to reviews indicating it as dark and noisy. He then gave us two rooms on higher floors. Mine had dirty sheets, a non-functioning toilet with an indecent seat. The air conditioner was remote-controlled and I suffered from the cold all night. I couldn't sleep and couldn't use the bathroom after a long and tiring journey. My nephews were given a room with a non-functioning air conditioner and an indecent toilet. I expected not to pay for that nightmare night and instead... we decided to spend the last 5 nights of the vacation in another hotel in Amman, slightly cheaper and with a view of the Roman theater, with a fridge in the room, hairdryer, elevator, and overall better services.
Great location, near everything, no need for a car, the staff were very helpful and have good communication skills, especially Mr. Yazeed

- • - No elevator when we are on the 4th floor, with 4 big suitcases it's not great - The wifi access is bad on the 4th floor - Not very clean - No shuttle to the airport
