- • It's unbelievable, you are not willing to help in any way. I just asked for one favor: I'll pay 450 TL with a card, and you give me 450 TL in cash so I can pay for the laundry. You didn't even help with such a simple matter. I've been asking you for this since last Monday because I stayed at your hotel for a week. First, I told you that the TV wasn't working, and you said a technician would come. However, the technician never showed up. Also, I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was out. No one came to clean the room. I also asked if you could wash my clothes, but you completely ignored my message. Finally, I asked for help with 450 TL in cash to pay for the laundry. All you had to do was withdraw 450 TL from my card and give me 450 TL in cash. That way, I would have avoided paying about 200 TL in fees when withdrawing money from the ATM. Considering all this, it's truly unbelievable how poor your customer service is. You really need to seriously improve in this regard. Because your hotel is not a cheap one; I paid about 400 dollars for a week's stay. Not helping the customer with such simple requests and ignoring messages is truly disappointing.
