Very friendly staff at the bar and reception! Received a free room upgrade and a free upgrade to All Incl. Plus. Fantastic authentic buffet, especially the salad bar.

Amazing
We had such a fantastic stay at Kiani Beach Resort and would absolutely come back. We were upgraded to the All Inclusive Plus package, which included a room upgrade, unlimited drinks and cocktails, drinks stocked in our minibar, a bottle of wine in the room and a fruit basket on arrival, which made the stay feel really special. The resort has everything you could possibly need. The amenities are excellent and the whole place almost feels like a small village, with so much available on site that you really don’t need to leave unless you want to explore Crete. One of the unexpected highlights was getting 40% off at the resort supermarket, which was so useful for buying souvenirs, snacks and anything else we needed during our stay. The staff were lovely, the facilities were great, and the overall experience felt very relaxing and convenient. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing holiday for families, but food quality and bed comfort can still improve.
- The three restaurants you could choose from were great, as you don't have to stay in the same restaurant for every meal, every day - The staff was very friendly to us and our little one. - The amenities for kids were amazing; the entertainment in the evening, as well as the playgrounds, the beach and pools. - Everything was accommodating to families with kids. There were so many families there and you felt like you belong there if you have a little one, compared to being on a resort without any other families where you feel the odd one out.

- • - The beds were not the most comfortable, especially the pillows. It would be great to have 2 different pillows (soft and hard) to accommodate for most people. For me, the pillows were too hard and too small/narrow (instead of a big pillow it's more of a rectangular one). - The food, although we did like it, is definitely better at other resorts. We went to another resort afterwards and all agreed that the food there was better. So this is something, even though it's good, that Kiani could improve on.
Good value but lack of seafood
Has almost everything a kid needs to have fun. For parents though maybe some things are missing.
