The room was spacious, the location was great, and the price was very affordable, making it a great deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making check-in, check-out, and cleaning requests easy. The queen-size bed was large and comfortable, and the sofa was just right for a pleasant stay.

- • There are many stairs to access the entrance and rooms, which can be difficult for people with large luggage. The noise from the air conditioning is quite noticeable. Fortunately, the temperature was not high during the stay, but it could be challenging in hot seasons. The room facilities are minimal, and it feels lacking. It would be nice to have a refrigerator and a hairdryer.

- • Some areas outside and the entrance were not perfectly clean, but this is mainly due to the building's age. They clean every day.

- • No elevator! Not mentioned in the description, especially when arriving with multiple suitcases! The breakfast was too light! All mattresses need to be replaced!!! The springs were everywhere, leading to a restless sleep!
