We will come back here
We had a trip to Vietnam, and this hotel was the place we chose to stay when we stopped in Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with bright and comfortable rooms. The bed was very soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. We arrived to check in late at night, but the reception staff were still very friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic despite the late hour. They also gave us many helpful recommendations for places to visit and things to do during our stay. Another great convenience was the hotel’s luggage storage service. Since we returned to the hotel later during our trip, being able to leave our luggage there meant we didn’t have to carry everything around with us. This was especially convenient and thoughtful for travelers. The breakfast area was also clean and spacious, with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options to choose from. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back here the next time we visit Vietnam!

Great hotel, highly recommended
We had a great time in this hotel, the staff were super helpful, in particular Daniel helped us a ton and was very attentive to everything we asked. The hotel restaurant was also amazing, I'll be returning next time.

Great
The bed was really amazing, large and comfortable, beautifully made. Very spacious room and a nice hotel in a quieter street of Hanoi.

Wonderful Hanoi Accommodation
Ideally located to walk to the old town or French Quarter, and near restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable, meals delicious and the pool refreshing. The spa treatment was wonderful. ALL the staff were AMAZING; highly efficient, extremely polite, helpful and genuinely wanting our experience to be the best.
