This time staying in the sea view suite, adding a bed did not affect the space of the living room, very comfortable. I really like the club lounge, enjoying drinks while admiring the Pattaya beach, different views from day to night.

Hilton Pattaya has set the bar for excellence

I have enjoyed my stay at Hilton Pattaya. It was my first time here and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service here is at an excellent level, and everyone from the concierge to the cleaning staff made my stay much more enjoyable. Rooms: The room itself is very functional, and the switches are placed in easy-to-reach and mostly logical areas. I was very happy when the staff informed me that I could remove the minibar items and snacks as I wanted to buy my own drinks, which there was no room for until the minibar was removed. I had booked an ocean-view room and I was quite happy with the view. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept on, and I appreciated the drying rack on the balcony. I have used it many times. Facilities/amenities: The existing facilities/amenities are great. The fitness center, especially, is perfect for me, and I love the added bonus of the refrigerator with the cold towels. My only wish would be for there to be some sort of sauna like Finnish saunas, as that is something I really love. The pool itself is nice to relax in; however, I would have liked there to be more of an area to swim, but that's only wishful thinking. Breakfast Buffet: Since the normal location of the buffet was under renovation, we were having breakfast at the level 17 event space outside the ballroom. This made some of the locations and settings a bit awkward, but it was still fine. The food itself I can tell uses good ingredients. There is a lot of variety, with cooks helping to create foods on the spot. Taste is subjective, so I won't comment too much, but I loved trying out all the new foods. My personal favorite area is the fruit as sometimes they stock with harder to open/eat fruits like jackfruit, dragon fruit. On my last day, I had to check out too early for the breakfast buffet, but the staff was able to help prepare a custom breakfast box for me. Service: Everyone, from the concierges, to the doorman, to the cleaning staff, all provided wonderful service. I wanted to give a special thanks to two individuals who really went the extra mile to make me feel at home. Mr. E*, the concierge, greeted me every day with gusto. Seeing him always brightened up my day or cheered up my mood. Whenever possible, we would have a short conversation, and I could feel his sincerity in the conversation. Mr. V*, the head chef running the restaurants, I had the pleasure to meet, and he greeted me at breakfast most days and would even prepare some dishes for me personally. He also provided insight on how to eat some Indian cuisine and answered all my food-related questions. Thank you to the Hilton for a wonderful stay. I hope to be back.

Everything was perfect, but we had a problem with breakfast, not enough vegetables and cheese.

Highly recommended. A high-level hotel with courteous staff, a rich breakfast, clean and well-equipped. Beautiful pool. The sea is across the road, and there is a large mall under the hotel. Worth every penny.
