- • It was a terrible hotel. I had to move my room 4 times during a 4 nights stay for my 40th birthday. I had to change room every day for one reason or another. They don't care about individual guest experiences. It's a giant machine that goes through so much volume they don't really care about anything here unless you make a giant fuss about it and then a manager will come out and do just enough to satisfy your complaint.
The Hilton experience is perfect, in the center of the action above the largest mall in Pattaya, perfect view was perfect

- • Not being informed that the establishment was under construction, that the dining room for dinner was closed, in compensation we were served a dish on low tables, disappointing!

- • Everything was great! Even the pillows and bed cover. Cannot complain, I am very sensitive when it comes to my pillow to sleep. Every time I have to carry or buy a pillow but this time was perfect 🤩
