Breakfast ok and staff generally ok; except some (may be on Sunday and part-time) not very polite and very stern when asking for service, such as for moving around tables to accommodate the big group (10 members) of us. In a separate occasion, One took away the utensils and clean up table when we are going to get food.

Too expensive, facilities a bit old for a 5-star. Not worth paying so much.
The room was comfortable and spacious. Wonderful views. The hotel on the outside is very beautiful. The staff very very friendly and willing to help, even when we wanted to order some burgers and couldn't do it, a worker placed the order for us, paying for it and then we transferred the money. We were able to leave our things when we were leaving to make the most of the day. They were always willing to help. We were given a kit with creams, shampoo, etc. when checking out.

- • The hotel is expensive for what it offers, it is not a 5-star hotel, although the bathroom is very nice, and the room is quite large with a good view, the finishes, furniture, and carpet are very old, some furniture looks very worn out already. When we arrived, I noticed that there were hand marks with 'oil' on a small table and on the desk, which looked quite bad, I pointed it out and they cleaned it again. But I think it's not worth it to be a 5-star. We didn't like the buffet food much, but maybe it was because it's not very Western, even the desserts, for those who like more traditional Chinese food, it might be fine, but for us, we had few options. Even for me, who doesn't eat gluten, seafood, meats, there weren't many options, not even plain rice because it was usually mixed with crab.

Stayed for a conference and this hotel stands out due to its spherical shape. Upgraded for my Ambassador status which is appreciated. Dated hotel and room, but Byredo products.
