- • A lot of interior and exterior noise. The windows are not soundproof, so all street noises can be heard (7th floor), even the neighboring gate opening alarm. The walls are paper-thin, you can hear noises from neighboring rooms and the opening/closing of doors echoes throughout the night. The heating was excessive, with no individual control. We couldn't open the window due to the rain in the middle of winter

The facilities. Spacious and modern rooms. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi with views. It has a pool. The courtesy of the extras, the details (robes, tea, fruits in the pool area)... The cleanliness. Everything very well maintained. The staff very friendly. Location in a safe and quiet area. Steps away from the river
