- • There is a lack of much more attention, very few staff for the number of people who come to the place.
The cost-quality ratio, room cleanliness, the location is good during the day but not so much at night but that is implicit when choosing it. Also, excellent staff attention, from reception to cleaning staff, I loved them

- • The lack of customer service through social media. I tried to contact them here for a late check-in issue and I think the AI replied, then on IG they asked for the reservation number to leave me on read until they replied 'they tell us that they have already checked in'
