- • Delayed check-in, shortage of staff, did not receive any of the privileges mentioned in the offer, such as a 25% discount on food and drinks, early check-in. When I didn't like the room, they refused to change it and kept delaying until it was too late and I couldn't book another hotel... The room was changed at 6 pm after a lot of insistence from me, exhausting. Even the current room is dark and stuffy... I asked for a room in Booking, they told me it's not available, so I had to spend the night and leave early in the morning without breakfast, really disappointing
