- • My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. I booked a Superior room with a King bed for a couple traveling with their under 12-year-old daughter. Upon arrival, the hotel informed us that the child could not stay in the same room with her parents and forced us to pay for a second full room, even though she would sleep with them. The most frustrating part is that the second room was not even used because obviously a child of that age would not sleep alone in a room separate from her parents. I believe the hotel should have offered a reasonable solution for a family, especially with a minor, instead of forcing us to bear the cost of a room we did not need or use. This situation greatly affected our experience and left a very negative impression of the hotel's attention and flexibility. I definitely would not recommend it for families traveling with children.
