- • He estado en mi viaje a 5 grandes hoteles en la zona (todos hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas). Soy extranjero que hizo la reserva, por lo que no se necesitaba el pago del IVA. Zuana fue el único hotel donde a mi amigo (colombiano) le cobraron el IVA. En todos los demás hoteles no cobraron porque yo fui la persona que hizo la reserva. En mi opinión, cometieron un error en esto.
