- • Reception mostly closed. Room too small. What I hated the most was the lack of an elevator. I had to carry my heavy suitcase to the second floor. I couldn't even ask for help due to the reception being closed

- • Very cramped space in the bathroom. Breakfast, no utensils to serve, very limited choice (at 9€ for breakfast, it's very expensive). Our room key card did not work (this can happen). But when we arrived at midnight, with no on-call service available and unreachable, and we couldn't access our room, I find it deplorable. I just want to thank a regular hotel guest who did everything to help us

Furthermore, I had money missing from my handbag that I left in the room during Sunday lunch. I noticed it on the way back. Sincerely, Mr. Brouard

Very nice surprise regarding the breakfast staff: despite not having reserved this option, the person in charge was particularly attentive and caring, spontaneously making sure everything was fine even though it was not directly part of their duties. A true sense of service, congratulations to them. The cleaning ladies were also remarkable: very friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, nothing to complain about in this regard. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep despite everything.

- • Very bad surprise upon arrival: upon opening the room, it was already occupied by another guest, who was also a person with reduced mobility. Extremely embarrassing situation for both her and us. No commercial gesture was offered despite this significant incident. Major air conditioning problem during a hot weekend: in one room, no remote control and non-functional air conditioning during the day; in the other, remote control present but air conditioning not working at all. With rooms exposed to full sun and scorching temperatures at the end of May, the stay was very difficult. The air conditioning in one of the two rooms eventually started working in the evening but made a terrible noise and turned off on its own during the night. The air conditioning was listed in the hotel's amenities without any announced restrictions. It was impossible to effectively reach the reception: calls constantly went to voicemail. Attempts to contact Kyriad by phone and email went unanswered. The after-sales service is clearly inadequate. No gel in the shower gel dispenser in the shower... Very bad persistent smell in the corridors, like damp or dusty carpet, particularly unpleasant. The carpet was also heavily stained in common areas, overflowing trash cans... Considering the price paid, especially during the Crunch Creator weekend when the establishment seemed full, the service did not match the advertised services, especially regarding the highlighted air conditioning.
