Great location and gorgeous hotel!
The location was incredible. Was right because the park with loads of cafes/restaurants. 10 mins walk to the palace and old town. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Had a drink in the bar also and the bar tender was extremely nice and the drinks were amazing.

Cold and deplorable reception, rooms just okay, air conditioning not working.

- • Deplorable reception: we arrived at 01:00 in the morning, tired after a long flight, we are elderly and the young woman at the reception wanted us to fill in our details on a tablet ourselves! I refuse, telling her that I am old and tired, she insists and tells us that she cannot do it herself!! Goodbye Swedish hospitality... The rooms are very small, poorly lit, the windows do not open, the amenities are really basic and all this for €400 per night... the climax: we suffocated for 4 nights, the air conditioning, even set to the coldest, suffering from warm air. We reported it on the second day.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast! The fitness room is also well equipped.

My stay was excellent! I will certainly stay there again.
I liked the location (excellent!), the size of the room (large), the closets (spacious!) and the bathroom, large functional and with heated floors!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

- • There was nothing that I didn't like. The hotel staff was super welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Great breakfast.
