- • It was under construction and very messy

- • The amount of chlorine in the pool was too high to the point that the body couldn't tolerate it, causing itching. I booked a room with a private pool, but the chlorine caused itching from the moment it was added. Everything else was fine.

- • I made the reservation over a month before the arrival date, clearly requesting a suite connected to a room due to having children with me. However, upon check-in, I was surprised to be accommodated in separate and distant suite and room, despite this request being one of the main reasons for the early booking. Unfortunately, the request was not honored, causing us great inconvenience and negatively impacting the quality of our stay, especially with children present.
