- • There was a huge leak next to the toilet, which was super inconvenient and very worrying with the polished marble on the floor. We informed the reception twice, but they attended to it a little later on. Our room was a suite, and in our washroom, the lamp shades of the mirror light were cracked, which was a surprise that a 5-star brand like Hilton wouldn’t have attended to.
