- • Room cleanliness, too much noise from other rooms and reception in the early morning, the room cards didn't work and they gave me a key, some incorrect information among receptionists.

- • Too basic in facilities and equipment, there was no cable TV but an antenna, that's very old-fashioned, they don't provide toiletries, breakfast was very poor (coffee and bread) and the equipment like the TV was very outdated, not up to date
