- • Several points to consider about the stay: • Parking is charged separately and very limited. • They say breakfast is included, but it's not: it only includes a drink with bread. If you want a real breakfast, you have to pay an additional $10,000 COP. Also, it only covers a maximum of two people; if four people stay, you have to pay extra. • They didn't have enough blankets for the cold. It was very cold at night, and even though we complained three times to the person in charge, we only got one blanket on the third time. • They don't communicate any of these things upfront. • The WiFi signal is weak, and there is also poor TV signal.

- • That the reservation I made for 4 people was with breakfast included for all 4, and when we went down for breakfast, they only gave us 2 breakfasts, and we had to pay $25,000 for each additional one. This seemed disrespectful to me since the reservation was made for 4 people with breakfast included. I need to know how they will solve this issue at the hotel.

- • ⚠️ WARNING: if you speak ENGLISH do not stay here, if you are a foreign tourist, I do not recommend staying at this place. It has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel. The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible, to the point that I had to leave the hotel at night to be able to work. They had to change our room. The TV also didn't work properly and only had 3 channels. The TVs are from 1990. The cleanliness of the common areas is terrible. They left dirty dishes on our floor for four days, even with flies around. We asked the cleaning staff, and they said it wasn't their responsibility, that they only cleaned the rooms; we asked the building staff, and it wasn't their responsibility either. In the end, no one picked them up. The 'included breakfast' was another disappointment. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was precisely for the breakfast, but the only thing included was coffee and bread. If you want eggs, fruit, or juice, you have to pay extra. I find it very misleading to promote it as an included breakfast in that way. Finally, on Booking, my reservation appeared for approximately $420,000 COP, but I ended up paying around $540,000 COP. Bad internet, TV that doesn't work well, lack of cleanliness, a breakfast that doesn't match what was advertised, and a final price much higher than my reservation. I had the option to choose an Airbnb for a similar price, and I completely regret choosing this place. I wouldn't return, and I don't recommend it.
