Piccole stanze ma buone strutture
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una sola notte per essere vicino all'aeroporto al nostro ritorno dall'Albania. Ottima area piscina e buona colazione. Fermata dell'autobus proprio fuori per raggiungere il centro storico

- • Non molto nelle vicinanze dirette dell'hotel. Le camere sono molto piccole per una famiglia e molto vecchio stile.
Hotel incantevole e torneremo sicuramente!
Tutto! Il personale è adorabile, piscina davvero bella, cibo del ristorante incredibile, così come la colazione. Prezzi eccellenti specialmente perché è un hotel così incantevole!

- • Camera un po' piccola, tuttavia, è una camera incantevole con tutto il necessario e confortevole, tranquilla ma letteralmente a 50m dal centro di Ksamil.
Camera da letto deludente e rumorosa. Non sembrava un hotel a 3 stelle.

- • I letti erano davvero scomodi e abbiamo tutti faticato a dormire. Il rumore della strada era molto forte.
Receptionist sbrigativa
The hotel is very large and has a beautiful pool where the bar staff is very friendly. The room was quite spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. Good location as it is quite close to both the airport and the port.

- • The receptionist who welcomed us on 05/08/2026 was very hasty, we asked her if it was possible to book a taxi to the airport for the following morning at 7:00 and she just said yes, making us understand that she would have booked it. The next morning another receptionist told us that there was no reservation in our name, he called a private taxi for us and explained that if we had known earlier we could have used the airport transfer provided by the hotel, of which the receptionist from the day before did not mention at all. It is the first time I have had such a reception. The room is spacious but the furniture is old and faulty.

Accoglienza fin dall'inizio anche se eravamo in anticipo per il check-in. La piscina era eccellente e i letti di fiori e dintorni ben tenuti
