- • Very dirty, stained blankets, dirty windows, dirty common areas, bathroom light damaged and they didn't want to check it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

- • Many road repair works that make arrival difficult.
The staff is very attentive; they helped me with all my requests. The beds were comfortable although a bit small but you could sleep comfortably.

- • Due to the earthquake, the hotel had several cracks; upon arrival, it scared me a bit but they told me that the engineers had already checked and said it was just masonry but still, it was a bit scary but I had to stay because I arrived very late. I would have liked to be informed about that situation and maybe, I would have chosen another hotel; although of course, the natural event is not their fault but it would be good if they warned because some people may be impressed when they see the cracks upon entering. There was still a smell of cement debris although the next day of my stay, they were finishing cleaning everything. Around the hotel, the roads are under construction, so the taxi had a hard time getting there. I think that under these conditions, the price was a bit high for what they offered although I want to highlight the staff again, who were very kind, answered my questions and made my stay better. I hope they can recover soon because I know that this just happened and it is logical that they have not yet repaired everything but it would be a nice touch to inform the customer about the hotel's condition so that one can decide whether to stay or not.
