I’m loving my stay!!! They have been so kind and caring!!! Especially after 2 days of nonstop travel.

A place not to return to

There was no cleaning service for the three days of accommodation. We stayed 2 adults and had to request a second set of towels and even toilet paper replacement. Without breakfast. Generally, there was no staff at reception.

My experience was bad as they did not fulfill everything that was offered to me. I called to coordinate and ensure everything agreed upon in the reservation, but found the opposite. I made a complaint to the girl at the front desk and she said she would leave the complaint and they would contact me to compensate for the error. I hope they do

Disappointing

I had many problems with the accommodation and they did not solve any of them. The day before, I called to ask if they had a garage and they said yes, but when I arrived at the accommodation, the garage was not available, the room they gave me did not have a kitchen, which were the conditions for choosing the place, the window was broken and cold air was coming in. I asked for a room change and they said they could do it the next day, but when they showed me the room, it was short-circuited. The place needs a lot of maintenance, the employees did not give me a solution, they consulted with the owners and did not resolve anything. Honestly, it's very expensive for what the place is. I do not recommend it

They should clean and change the towels every day, not once a week

TV does not work, they do not provide soap, bedbugs, humidity. Paid for 7 days, left the next day.

Do not believe the photos attached to this listing!! They must be from when the hotel was new, because my room (& the hotel in general) definitely did not look like the pictures that I looked at before booking. If they were accurate, I probably wouldn't have booked here. This is definitely not what I would class as a 4* hotel (as they claim on their website). While there is a kitchenette, there's a sign above it saying it's only to be used to reheat food, not cook. The refrigerator didn't work well at all. The hot water in the shower was barely what I would call warm. None of the reception staff I dealt with over numerous days spoke English (which I wouldn't care about normally, but it's one of the claims made on the listing page). The only good thing I can come up with is it was relatively inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and it was within walking distance of a number of areas/attractions. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is your place, but if you're looking for something a little more, look elsewhere.

Medium hotel. Old. The website said it had a gym, but upon arrival, this service is not available. There is a bar next to the hotel that is very noisy.

I really can't say anything because I never made the trip, I never went there. I wish I could tell you whether it was good or bad, but I never got the chance to travel
