Truly it was a memorable retreat for us!
We really enjoyed our stay at the property especially the natural cooling and serene environment - a perfect place to unwind & relax. The natural hot springs, crystal cave, meditation cave and Jeff Cellar created a unique wellness experience for us. The staff are polite, well mannered and helpful whenever we need any assistance.

Wonderful
We got upgraded to water villa without extra charges. I love the private pool and thermal pool. Buggy service is one of the wonderful service, and response time is fast. Love the quiet surrounding and the well trained friendly staff. Even gardeners greet you.

- • Breakfast could still improve on taste, especially the pastries.
Staff were so nice we had the best waiter Daniel at the Jeff’s restaurant he was fabulous and gave us a private tour

Amazing place!
Breakfast is amazing, big variety, all delicious. I especially liked the option for the freshly squeezed juices and my partner liked free flow of champagne. Dinner is unforgettable! We have tried in the Cave and in Pomelo. Food is fantastic, fresh, good variety. The area is great: spacious, hotsprings are very therapeutic, nature is relaxing.
